Cindy J. Garner is the Western Region Administrative Manager with Rimkus Consulting Group, Inc., a forensic engineering and consulting firm, and is located in their Denver, Colorado office.

Ms. Garner began her administrative and management education at The Berkley School in New Jersey in 1977, earning their Executive Secretary Certification, and studied Business Administration at Regis University in Denver for three years. She obtained her Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) Certification from IAAP in 2012 and most recently received her IAAP Organizational Management (OM) Certification in 2014.

Ms. Garner has over 35 years' experience in the administrative field, where the majority of her experience has been in engineering and construction.

In her current position of Western Region Administrative Manager with Rimkus, Ms. Garner oversees administrative processes and procedures for consistency in accordance with corporate guidelines throughout ten regional offices. Prior positions with other firms include Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, Office Administrator, District Office Manager and Administrative Manager.

Cindy enjoys travel, gardening, cooking and entertaining, concerts, home renovation, and spending time with friends and her daughter, Morgan, and son-in-law, Cody. Although she lives in Colorado, she does not ski or snowboard any longer but does enjoy a hot toddy in the ski lodge.
